2. Regulatory status

Red Deer Mortgages and Protection Limited trading as Red Deer Mortgages, is an appointed representative of HL Partnership Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. The Financial Conduct Authority does not regulate some forms of Buy to Lets. You can check our status on the Financial Services Register at register.fca.org.uk.

Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The precise amount depends upon your circumstances but will be up to £895, this will be discussed and agreed with you at the earliest opportunity.
